At the start of the season, Longhorn fans were shown a two quarterback system that looked like it would finally work. And work it did until the Horns ran into Oklahoma. As a result, it became abundantly clear the coaching staff needed to pick one quarterback and roll with him. It was a tough choice to make because both McCoy and Ash were good and gave different looks to the offense.
