National Disrespect for Frogs? ESPN selling Wisconsin Rose Bowl Championship gear

It has been reported and images have started floating around that on espnshop.com are Wisconsin Badgers Rose Bowl champion shirts available to purchase. But with a some searching, no TCU shirts are available on the website. This has to be seen as some sort of disrespect by the national media to the TCU Horned Frogs. While it is customary to put out a pre-sale of championship gear for these games, it is also usually customary to have one set for each team. But then again, nobody expects the Frogs to be able to win this game.

The Wisconsin Badgers can now thank ESPN for giving TCU the ultimate bulletin board material and should expect TCU to come out swinging at the start of this game. But then again, maybe ESPN knows something the rest of us don’t. Either way, consider this to add to the drama building up to the game.

  3. I hope they put the article up. TCU is a little bitty school, with a big heart and big football team. Wisconsin may win, but I bet they have their hands full with those fiesty frogs. We’ll see. If TCU does win, can’t wait to hear what the Pres of Ohio State has to say about TCU’s “weak sister” conferance then. We saw Boise State do it to OU a few years ago, so maybe TCU can also. GO FROGS !!!!
